Cancellation/ No-Show Policy

We, at Aymond Med Spa, value our clients and their busy schedules. As such, we now much implement strict policies for no-shows and cancellations.
Clients are now required to give 24 hours' notice upon canceling an appointment. This policy both protects our service professionals and provides our waitlisted clients with the opportunity to book available openings. As much as we have tried to avoid this new change in policy, we can no longer do so.
As of now, there will be a $50 deposit to secure your booking that will go toward your amount owed for that visit, given you check-in for your appointment. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notification will lose that deposit. Clients who have had more than one no-show appointment may be required to pay in full for their future bookings. The only exception to this policy is in the event of a serious or contagious illness or emergency. We understand that life can be hectic, and emergencies do happen. We request that, if possible, you show both our service professionals and other clients the same courtesies you'd expect for yourself. To cancel or rebook your appointment, you can notify is through Square appointment text, Facebook Messenger, or voicemail (with a date and time).
Furthermore, we have postponed price increases for as long as we could, so there will be a slight increase on some services that we offer. We value you as a client and are thankful for your business. Thank you for your understanding. We can't wait to see you again.
